Our unique approach

Each of our courses draws on our unique portfolio of skills. These include expertise developed over twenty years as makers of television programmes. During that time, we filmed with the likes of Pierce Brosnan and Jodie Foster as well as countless ordinary people. This work showed us how to enable individuals, whatever their experience, to achieve the best possible results.

On our courses, we use camera, video recording and instant playback to enable participants to become aware of their own communication habits. We use a similar technique to enable them to try out new ways of behaving when they communicate. As part of our technique, we also use actors. We create realistic but safe workplace scenarios in which participants can explore their newly learned ways of handling situations. We encourage participants to use this supportive, confidential environment as an ideal place to experiment - a place to try out new ways of thinking and of behaving. High quality, confidence-building feedback makes each stage a memorable learning experience.
