Working with us

Group of people discussing ideas

We consult with our clients before each course to clarify what they want to achieve.

We tailor our courses to meet the individual needs of each client.

Our approach is innovative, engaging and effective.

We value the shared knowledge and experience of each group member and maintain a relaxed, supportive and collaborative atmosphere during our courses.

We maintain a policy of complete confidentiality. Although we record video material as part of our technique, all footage is erased at the end of each course.

A Creative context

Our work is based on the principals of creativity - curiosity, experiment, feedback and trust.

In our experience, working creatively offers course participants a powerful way of making long lasting changes, enabling them to explore new possibilities in a confidential and safe environment. This way of working encourages and supports participants to tackle even highly challenging personal and organisational issues.

Diversity

We understand the value of diversity. All our programmes aim to support people of any physical ability, ethnic and cultural background, gender or sexual orientation, to contribute more fully to a diverse and respectful workplace.

Adding value

We bring new solutions to old problems, and nurture the resources to tackle future challenges.

We offer the skills to succeed in a fast-changing, competitive and uncertain world.

We believe that an investment in people is an investment in the future.

Where do we start?

It's often easiest to work out your next move when you've had a chance to talk things through. We are always very happy to have a no obligation conversation with people who may be interested in finding out more about what we offer. Feel free to give us a call or send us an email to start the ball rolling.
