Accessibility
This website is accessible, which means that it has been produced to W3C guidelines and designed to meet the accessibility guidelines of the Disibility Discrimination Act 1995. There are three levels of accessibility that can be acheived from Priority 1 (bare minimum) to Priority 3. This site meets Priority level 3. The site has been produced using semantic HTML (which means that the site's content will make sense when no styles are applied) and has been designed to be accessible to all, including those with disabilities.

Text Sizing
The text on the site is scalable which means that it will change size in all web browsers. Here are some brief instructions to help you change the text size of the website.

Javascript, styles and images.
The site has been designed to function perfectly well without the use of Javascript, any Javascript that is used within the site is only used to enhance functionality. The website is designed to be equally usable when no styles are applied to the site, and also if images are turned off the site will still be equally usable.
Tab Order
All pages of this site have a logical tab order which follows the layout of the webpage whether it is viewed with or without style sheets.
Access keys
Access keys provide a method of navigating the website using the keyboard. Only numbers are used for access keys so that any letters that are already in use by the browser or assistive software will not be interfered with. The access keys used are listed below.

To use access keys, just hold down the ALT key (Control on the Mac) and press the corresponding number. In Internet Explorer you will need to then press the Enter key to go to the desired page. For Firefox, hold the Shift key, press ALT and the access key.
Tables
No tables have been used for layout and design purposes on this site, and where tables are used they are just to display tabular data and are summarised appropriately.
Web Standards
All underlying HTML and CSS code used to build this website has been checked and validates to W3C standards. This means that the website will be more accessible, and will not produce unexpected results in browsers and assistive software.
