The Creative Work Place

Trees on the side of a hill

The Creative Work Place provides consulting and coaching services. Our focus is the working relationships that are the life-blood of every business or organisation.

We help people at all levels of seniority to achieve the best in all their dealings with their colleagues.

Our unique approach enables us to work with people in ways that don't feel at all like standard training or coaching.

We offer a safe place to learn new ways of communicating and to get a real sense of the impact of doing things differently.

We do this using cameras, actors and other powerful techniques.

We give participants the chance to practise things they'd like to do better, and to experience what it feels like to succeed in them.

Supportive and down to earth; the way we work gives people the confidence to find the value in trying something new.

Why Choose Us?

We've been there

As programme makers, we've enjoyed amazingly privileged access. We understand how the world works from the boardroom down, and from the shop floor up. In additon, we have insights on people, organisations and change - from psychotherapy, creative practice and business management.

Showbiz

With a combined experience of 40-odd years in the television industry, we know how to create and maintain that buzz! People enjoy the experience of working with actors and of being on camera. They talk about it afterwards and it helps what they learn to stick.

Innovative

Being creative isn't just about cameras and lights; it's about finding new and better ways of doing things. Bringing in expertise from different disciplines keeps us at the cutting edge.

Ethical & effective people skills

Working with people and change isn't easy! It takes skill, experience, self-awareness, integrity and sound ethics to work effectively with people.

Authenticity

We always try to behave with integrity, and to put our real selves into our working life. We find that this helps us our clients do the same.

If you'd like to know more about what we do, please get in touch.

The things we fear most in organisations - fluctuations, disturbances, imbalances - are the primary sources of creativity.
